Broccoli and Cheese Packed Chicken Breasts are stuffed with a delicious broccoli cheese mixture, then sautéed in a skillet before baking to perfection. Extremely easy to make and incredibly tasty!
Chicken breasts with luscious, crispy edges are stuffed with a creamy blend of cheddar, cream cheese, and broccoli. Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts are a mouthwatering dish. Simple to make and perfect for a filling evening meal.
Nothing surpasses chicken and cheese when it comes to comfort food. I’ve taken it a step further by making a filling out of the usual broccoli-cheddar soup flavors. This is not, however, a standard recipe for stuffed chicken breasts; rather, it is a template.
Broccoli, cheddar, cream cheese, and herbs rapidly combine to make a delectable filling. Allowing the ideal mix of broccoli and cheddar to prohibit you from using whatever you have on hand is a mistake.
You may also use frozen broccoli if you make a few changes. Frozen broccoli provides moisture, and we want a filling that is dense but not runny. As a result, if you’re using frozen broccoli, make sure it’s completely defrosted before continuing with the recipe.

These are all the ingredients needed for this recipe:

Four chicken breasts, you need to remove the skin and bones.

A large spoon.Of olive oil.

Two small spoons.Of Italian seasoning.

250 grams.Of chopped broccoli florets.

1 large spoon.Of water.

½ Cup.Of shredded cheddar cheese.

¼ Cup.Of low-fat cream cheese.

1 large spoon.Of Dijon mustard.

A minced garlic clove.

Salt and pepper

This is how you prepare our stuffed chicken breasts; simply follow the steps below for a wonderful meal!!!

1st step:

To steam broccoli, I finely chopped the florets and placed them in a microwave-safe bowl with about 2 large spoons of water.

Step two:

The broccoli was then microwaved for 2 to 3 minutes on high, covered in plastic wrap.

3rd step:

After that, I used a sharp knife to make a pocket in each chicken breast and kept cutting approximately 1/2 inch from the ends and edges.

4th Step:

Next, I liberally sprinkled Italian spice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and, of course, salt and freshly ground black pepper over my four chicken breasts.

5th Step:

After that, I made a huge bowl with steamed chopped broccoli, bell pepper, minced garlic, cheeses, and salt and pepper, and set it aside.

6th step:

I then evenly spread the mixture across the chicken breasts and secured them with toothpicks.

7th step:

I preheated the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit at this point.

Step No. 8:

I heated a large spoon of olive oil in a large cast-iron or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.

9th step:

And I browned each side for 2 to 3 minutes before covering with aluminum foil and baking for about 20 minutes, until well done.

Serve with a fresh side salad, garlic green beans, or mushroom rice for a complete dinner. Add some mashed or roasted potatoes to make it more filling. Use grains like couscous or quinoa for a more healthful alternative. This Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken goes nicely with a wide range of sides! Have fun with it!
