a pound and a half of bay scallops
1 tablespoon salt (garlic)
2 teaspoons melted butter
lemon juice (two teaspoons)
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the broiler.
Step 2: Rinse the scallops and lay them in a baking pan that is shallow. Garlic salt, melted butter or margarine, and lemon juice are sprinkled on top.
Step 3: Broil scallops for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Step 4: Remove from the oven and serve with extra melted butter or margarine for dipping on the side.
