HONEY-GLAZED SLOW COOKER HAM
Honey Glazed Ham, prepared in the slow cooker with brown sugar, honey, and dijon mustard, is a delectable and easy-to-make recipe. This easy ham recipe is a dump-and-go supper, which means you can put it in the slow cooker and forget about it. The machine even makes the gravy.
One of my favorite aspects of cooking is when a dish is easy to create yet tastes like you slaved away in the kitchen all day. Who, after all, wants to spend their whole day in the kitchen? Well, there are times when I behave in this manner. One of my favorite things to do is spend time in the kitchen.
This slow cooker honey-glazed ham recipe is probably one of the easiest dishes you’ll ever make.
THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR HONEY GLAZED HAM:
Pork that has been thoroughly cooked and weighs 4 pounds.
Weight: 50 g
Brown sugar, light.
a half-cup of honey
2 tablespoons
Mustard from Dijon.
a quarter teaspoon spoon
Cloves, ground
2 garlic cloves, minced
a quarter cup of water
DIRECTIONS:
To begin, put the brown sugar, honey, mustard, cloves, garlic, and water in a small saucepan and cook over high heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn it off once it has gotten hot enough to dissolve the sugar.
Step 2: Place the meat in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it, being sure to keep the fillets apart as much as possible to allow the ice to settle between them.
Step 3: Wrap the ham tightly in aluminum foil and set it in the slow cooker with the cover on if it’s a large ham.
Step 5: Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours (or high heat for 1-2 hours) until it reaches 165°F. While the broiler warms up, move the pork to an oven-safe dish and set it aside.
Step 6: Fill a small saucepan partly with the cooking liquid and heat it over high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it thickens and bubbles.
Step 7: Boil for 5 minutes, then baste the pork with the remaining glaze every minute or two while it’s still cooking.
Take advantage of it!
