Ingredients for Mom’s Baked Butter Chicken
4 breasts de chicken (I use boneless skinless)
1 evaporated milk can (12 oz)
flour (1 cup)
1 tsp salt
pepper, 1/8 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of butter
1 can chicken soup, creamed
water, 1/4 cup
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and follow the instructions below.
Pour a tiny amount of the evaporated milk into a small dish and dip the chicken in it. After each piece of chicken has been dipped in milk, roll it in seasoned flour. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at 425 degrees in a 13×9 pan with melted butter.
Combine the water, soup, and the remaining evaporated milk from the can. After 30 minutes of baking, turn the bird over on top of the soup mixture Bake for another 30 minutes, or until golden brown
