Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground beef, (85/15)
- 1 cup of corn
- 2/3 cup Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 32 ounces tater tots
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it is browned.
In a large skillet, combine the corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and black pepper.
Layer the steak, then the cheese, and finally the tater tots in a 913pan before baking uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
Bake for another 5 minutes after adding the remaining cheese.
