Green Chilies with Diced Tomatoes1 can (15 ounces) Beans in a Ranch Style1 pound of corn kernels1 bag of Fritos, 10.25 oz1 1/2 quarts Cheddar Cheese, ShreddedINSTRUCTIONSPreheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread 3/4 of the bag of Fritos.Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet until the beef is thoroughly cooked and the onions are tender.Mix in the taco seasoning until everything is fully combined.Add the diced tomatoes, beans, and corn to the pot. Mix everything together until it’s completely smooth.Pour the sauce over the fritos and spread it out evenly. Over the beef mixture, sprinkle the cheese.Bake for 15_20 minutes, or until golden brown cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve topped with additional Fritos and your favorite taco toppings.
